I shot this beautiful wedding in August, wow, I really need to catch up on my blogging! It was at the Holwell Temple in Filleigh, part of the Castle Hill Estate. Jemma & Adam chose it for their wedding ceremony and with its rustic charm and stunning views across the valley it really was a great place to tie the knot. Jemma had come to me via her friend and make up artiste Hannah. We hit it off straight away and arranged to meet at Landacre bridge on Exmoor for their pre wedding shoot, a great way to settle Adam's photo nerves.
On the day I started with Jemma, her family, her bridesmaid Sam and Hannah in South Molton before racing off round the corner to Adam and back again. There was such a warm friendly atmosphere in the house it was a joy to be part of all the excitement. The Holwell Temple was my next stop for the ceremony and drinkies. Adam was nervous, what Groom isn't? but in good sprirts even striking a pose or two for a few impromptu photos. Jemma arrived looking amazing and the day went off without a hitch. After, we all made our way to Portmore Golf Club for the afternoon and evening do. This is where I shot my most viewed photo of 2016, I LOVE this photo ;) the best thing was is wasn't posed they all just did their own thing. Congratulations on a brilliant wedding day J&A, thank you for trusting me with your memories.
